How It Works: Your 4-Step Path to Results
We’ve streamlined our process to get you set up and training.
Step 1: Purchase Your Program: Choose your 90-day plan (Home-Built or Apex) and complete the secure checkout on our website.
Step 2: We Build Your Profile: We manually set up every client account to ensure your program is loaded perfectly. Within 24 hours of your purchase, we will create your personal profile in our Fitness App.
Step 3: Download the App You will receive an email with a link to download our app (for Apple or Android) and set your private password.
Step 4: Start Your Transformation! Log in, and your 90-Day Transformation Program will be waiting for you. You'll find your first week of workouts (complete with video guides) scheduled and ready to go!

What is the difference between this and your "Online Coaching"?
Our Online Coaching is our premium, 1-on-1 service. A dedicated coach builds you a 100% custom plan, provides nutritional guidance, and checks in with you weekly for accountability. These 90-Day Programs are self-guided. You get the expert-built plan and app, but there is no 1-on-1 support, customization, or check-ins from a coach.
How long do I have access to the program?
Your one-time purchase includes 90 days (3 months) of access to the program and The Fitness Edit app, starting from the day we enroll you.
What kind of support is included?
This is a self-guided program, so no fitness or nutrition coaching is included. We do provide full technical support. If you have trouble with the app, logging in, or your payment, you can contact us at and we will assist you.
What happens after 90 days?
After 90 days, your app access will automatically expire. There are no recurring fees. If you loved your results and want a new plan, you can purchase another 90-day program or, even better, upgrade to our 1-on-1 Online Coaching for a fully custom experience.
When will I see results?
We don't promise "6-pack abs in 6 weeks." We guarantee something better: Quality & Structure. We guarantee that this 12-week program is professionally designed, progressive, and based on the same principles we use with our 1-on-1 clients. If you follow this plan as written and stay consistent for 90 days, we guarantee you will be stronger, fitter, and more confident than when you started.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this product and the immediate delivery of our proprietary workout plans, all sales are final. We have a strict no-refund policy. Please read the "Is This Program Right For You?" section carefully before purchasing.
If I have health concerns, what should I do?
You agree to consult with your physician before beginning any new exercise program. You acknowledge that you are exercising voluntarily and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
