How It Works
Step 1: Book your strategy session. Once your payment is confirmed, we schedule a 30-minute video call to audit your current routine, establish your goals, and gather everything needed to build your programme.
Step 2: Your programme is engineered. Based on the strategy session, your bespoke blueprint is built and loaded into the app. You will receive full onboarding before your programme begins.
Step 3: Coaching begins. From day one, you have direct access to your coach, a fully structured programme, and a nutritional framework calibrated to your life. Weekly adjustments keep the programme current as your results progress.

This is a 30-minute strategy session where we audit your current routine, discuss your specific goals, and ensure we have all the information we need to build a program that is tailored to your specific needs.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Your program is built entirely around your lifestyle. Whether you train at a commercial gym, a home setup, or rely solely on bodyweight while traveling, we engineer the plan to fit your environment.
How is this different from a standard fitness app?
A fitness app gives you a static template. The Fitness Edit gives you a dedicated expert coach who actively monitors your data, adjusts your protocols weekly, and holds you accountable to your goals.
What is your approach to nutrition?
We are not nutritionists and do not sell meal plans. Instead, we utilize caloric and macronutrient targeting built into the App. You can log your meals, track daily habits, and view nutrient data on your dashboard. You can also link other Apps, like MyFitnessPal, to sync with our App.
Can I join from anywhere in the world?
Yes. Our digital platform is borderless. We currently manage the health and performance of clients in major hubs including London, Dubai, Sydney, Toronto, and Cape Town.
When can I expect to see results?
It depends on your goals, your current lifestyle, and how much work we need to do together. If you’re looking for a “quick fix to blast fat and get a six-pack!”, then this isn’t for you.
