Yes, absolutely. Your trainer will arrive with all the necessary professional equipment for a complete and effective workout: dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, mats, and more. All you need to provide is a small amount of space (a living room, patio, lawn or garage is perfect) and be ready to work!

Do you work with beginners?

We love working with beginners. In fact, it's our specialty. We understand that starting a fitness journey can be intimidating or confusing. Our entire approach is built on providing structured, supportive guidance to help you build confidence, learn correct form, and achieve results safely. You don't need any prior experience; just the will to start.

When can I expect to see results?
