Once you join the program, your coach will assess where you are from a health and fitness perspective. We'll put together a plan tailored to where you are to set you up for success right away.
3 - Coaching and Accountability EVERY DAY.
With our easy to use App we'll be working with you every day until you hit your goal. You'll get personalized expert coaching and accountability so you can make progress towards your goals. Your coach will guide you and challenge you while giving you encouragement to stick with it.
4 - Get Results
Most programs stick to just diet and exercise — but we go deeper. While we absolutely support you with workouts and nutrition, our real focus is on helping you shift your mindset and self-identity. What's involved in the initial free discovery call?
The discovery call is an opportunity to get to know one another and ensure what we are offering aligns with your goals. It's crucial for us to understand your unique needs so we can use this information to develop a personalized fitness plan and determine the best course of action for you.
Do I need to have the initial call before purchasing a package?
Not necessarily. Some clients decide to purchase a package without an initial discovery call as they are confident with what they need or may have been referred by one of our regular clients. When this happens, we will still gather all information from you by performing a detailed lifestyle assessment prior to developing your program.
What is online personal training?
Our online personal training packages allow you to benefit from the skills and expertise of our experienced trainers, no matter where you are in the world. Once you sign up for online training, you will have your dedicated trainer with you at every step. You will receive expert guidance online and can workout in the comfort of your home or at a gym.
Is online personal training cheaper than in person?
Online personal training takes place remotely and therefore does not involve one-to-one contact with a personal trainer. To reflect this, our online personal training packages are set at a lower price point than in-person training.
Can I reside anywhere in the world to join The Fitness Edit?
Absolutely. Our clients are from countries across the globe. We’d love to have you, no matter where you’re from.
Is an online personal trainer worth it?
Whether you’re completely new to training or more advanced, online personal training is a cost-effective option that allows you to enjoy the training experience from anywhere in the world. Your personal trainer will work with you to set clear, concrete goals and help you to fit the training program to your lifestyle. You will gain access to our world-class programming, as well as our expert knowledge of fat loss and muscle building. All of our programs are now delivered via our mobile app, which has been specifically developed with our clients in mind to facilitate check-ins, track progress and provide a platform for ongoing support and accountability. Based on the information you provide regarding your lifestyle, access to equipment and goal, your trainer will design a bespoke personal training plan for you to follow independently, whether at home or your gym.
When can I expect to see results?
It depends on your goals, your current lifestyle, and how much work we need to do together. If you’re looking for a “quick fix to blast fat and get a six-pack!”, then this isn’t for you. We’re invested in your success and want to help you over both the short and the long run. That means results that last.
