I founded The Fitness Edit because I saw a gap in the fitness industry. The world is full of "quick fix" diets and extreme training programs designed for people who have 20 hours a week to spend in the gym.
But what about the rest of us?
I specialize in coaching busy adults, working professionals, and parents—people who have careers to build, families to raise, and limited time to spare.
My Philosophy: I don’t believe in shouting at you to work harder. I believe in building a strategy that survives your calendar.
If your fitness plan falls apart the moment you have a stressful week at work or a family emergency, it wasn’t the right plan. My coaching style is built on empathy, structure, and accountability. We don’t aim for perfection; we aim for consistency.
