Elevate Outdoor Fitness: Competition and Participation Terms & Conditions

By entering the "Win a Redberry Wellness Morning" competition and participating in Elevate Outdoor Fitness classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Prize Validity and Conditions

• Validity Period: The 4 Week Pass prize is valid exclusively for four consecutive Saturday morning sessions beginning August 15, 2026, and ending September 5, 2026.

• Forfeiture: Unused sessions do not roll over, cannot be paused, and expire immediately after September 5, 2026.

• Non-Transferable: The prize must be utilized by the specific individual whose name was entered into the draw. It cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for its cash value under any circumstances.

• Age Restriction: All entrants and participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. Medical Clearance and Indemnity

• Pre-Screening: Winning the prize or purchasing a pass does not automatically clear you for participation. All participants must accurately complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and sign a comprehensive medical indemnity waiver prior to commencing their first session. Failure to complete these documents will result in immediate forfeiture of the session or prize.

• Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge that outdoor circuit training involves strenuous physical activity. You agree to participate entirely at your own risk.

• Liability Release: You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Wellness Co (Pty) Ltd, its coaches, its founders, and Redberry Farm from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property occurring during or immediately after the fitness sessions on the Redberry Farm premises.

3. Weather Policy and Contingency

• Outdoor Variables: Elevate Outdoor Fitness operates outdoors and is subject to local weather conditions.

• Cancellations: In the event of severe rain or unsafe ground conditions, a cancellation notice will be sent via WhatsApp no later than 7:00 AM on the day of the scheduled class.

• Extensions: If a pilot phase class is officially canceled by the organizers due to weather, the 4 Week Pass validity will be extended by exactly one week (e.g., a cancellation pushes the final valid date from September 5 to September 12, 2026).

4. Redberry Farm Voucher Specifications

• Redemption Window: The complimentary meal and coffee voucher awarded to the competition winner must be redeemed at Redberry Farm within the validity of the fitness sessions.

• Monetary Limit: The voucher is capped at a maximum value of R200.

• Exclusions: No change will be given if the total bill is under R200. Any amount exceeding R200 must be settled directly by the winner. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. POPIA Compliance and Data Privacy

• Data Collection: By submitting the competition form, you consent to the collection of your full name, email address, and WhatsApp number for the strict purpose of administering this draw.

• Data Protection: Your data is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Elevate Wellness Co (Pty) Ltd will never sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties.

• VIP Marketing Opt-In: If you explicitly checked the optional box to join the VIP early access list, you consent to receiving promotional messages and booking links via WhatsApp. You retain the right to opt out of these communications at any time by replying "STOP".

• Data Deletion: The data of entrants who do not win and who did not opt into the VIP marketing list will be permanently deleted from our primary database within 48 hours of the winner announcement on August 4, 2026.
